Product Description

This offering features a select parcel of natural corundum rough, comprising sapphire, Kashmir sapphire, and ruby material, sourced from  Kashmir, Pakistan mining regions. Supplied in untreated rough form, these stones are intended for professional faceting, lapidary processing, and specialist gemstone work.

The parcel carries a total weight of 36.8 carats and includes 11 individual rough stones, with stone sizes ranging from approximately 1.4 carats to 7.45 carats per piece. The size distribution spans multiple commercial cutting brackets, including 1–3 carats, 3–5 carats, 5–8 carats, and up to 8–10 carats, offering flexibility for different cutting strategies.

Color tones within the lot are predominantly purple to lavender, characteristic of certain corundum occurrences from the region. Clarity varies from semi-transparent to translucent and included, which is expected in genuine, unenhanced corundum rough. The stones are classified as Good (G) condition, retaining their natural crystal integrity and original surface features.

This material is 100% earth-mined and untreated, with no heat or chemical enhancements applied. Due to its limited availability and origin-specific sourcing, this parcel is considered rare, making it suitable for experienced gemstone cutters, collectors, and professionals seeking authentic corundum rough for cutting, study, or collection purposes.
